As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment between the organization's goals and the development of marketing campaigns to meet those objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and the key performance indicators used to track specific channels, including but not limited to web, social, paid search, SEO, email, etc. The candidate should be responsible for developing plans to help establish our brand, allocate resources to different projects, and set short-term and long-term department goals. Craft strategies for all marketing channels, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative Perform extensive quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns and meet organization-wide strategic goals Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (e.g., events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional materials) Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness and sales volume

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations/Business or a related discipline 3+ years of work experience in branding and B2B marketing Solid experience in market research, analytics, and market segmentation Knowledge about social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, blogs, and others) and capable of effectively leveraging them for content Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Goal, detail, and results-oriented, extremely organized and motivated Ability to multitask, set and prioritize goals Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal, is a must
