What You'll Do

Coordinate and organize office activities Oversee stock of office supplies Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail Support CEO/HR in scheduling meetings, billing/paying invoiced on time, and preparing reports for management Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment purchases Under the direction of management, oversee contract and price negotiations for office vendors, service providers and office lease Oversee planning of in-house and off-site activities, including celebrations, industry events and conferences

What We’re Looking For

Experience with administrative and clerical responsibilities, systems, and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling tools Strong communication skills Strong ability to multitask and problem-solve Friendly and upbeat demeanor Bachelors degree preferred
